WHAT DOES DIT MEAN?

This stands for 'Distinct Industry Type'. Televisory has divided the business industry into 21 different sectors. These sectors are further sub-divided into approximately 1,000 distinct industries. This broad division assists companies to benchmark against relevant operational parameters rather than a generalised benchmarking.

WHAT DOES GBC MEAN?

The 'GBC' stands for 'Global Benchmarking Company'. Televisory has identified 3 to 5 listed companies, which are global leaders in their industry. A user can choose maximum of 5 GBCs in a RTDA report.

WHAT DOES RBC MEAN?

The 'RBC' stands for 'Regional Benchmarking Company'. RBCs are international listed companies. In addition to GBCs, a user can also choose a maximum of 5 RBCs in a RTDA report.

Peers by a country refers to the companies belonging to the chosen DIT in a respective country. The data here is combined average of all the companies belonging to that nation. A user can select a maximum of 5 peer countries.

This depends on the user, who choose a relevant percentage for different metrics with a range of 100% to 100%.

No, number of metrics for each industry has been predetermined in the range of 6-10.

If yes is selected for operational metrics, this provides a combined impact on the financial metrics and leverage ratios.

5. Select the summary and click submit.
6. A report can either be downloaded or can be viewed on the web platform.

HOW IS COVENANT SENSITIVITY USEFUL?

The Covenant Sensitivity assists in finding the required changes in important operational metrics by choosing desired level of DSCR and Gross Debt/EBITDA.

CAN ONE SET ANY DESIRED LEVEL OF DSCR AND DEBT/EBITDA?

Yes, a user may set any desired level of DSCR and Debt/EBITDA depending upon his/her preference and expected result.

WHAT IS REAL TIME DATA ANALYSIS (RTDA)?

Real Time Data Analysis allows one to compare companies across geographies on various parameters for multiple periods. Televisory provide the flexibility to select only 1 competitor or several companies or an entire peer group. One can download the entire data one requires for an analysis in just few clicks of a mouse.

HOW IS RTDA REPORT USEFUL?

This provides in depth analysis of operational and financial comparison of multiple companies in any currency. Televisory provide a downloadable excel format, so that one can use the data readily for research purposes.

Unlimited reports can be downloaded by a user.

CAN REPORTS BE GENERATED IN ANY CURRENCY AND UNIT?

A total of 167 currencies can be used for report generation. We are using "millions" as a standard unit in RTDA Reports.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL METRICS?

Operational analysis compares operational KPIs such capacity utilization, operation yield, efficiency of capital, labour efficiency and value added in the process with a focused analysis in key costs and margins. Financial analysis compares the financial results (profitability and balance sheet ratios).

WHY ARE FINANCIAL METRICS SUCH AS REVENUE, EBITDA DIFFERENT IN OPERATION SALES COMPARISON AND FINANCIAL SIZE METRICS?

The Operation Sales Comparison takes account of only the figures from chosen industry, whereas Financial Size Metrics presents the financials of a company as a whole.

1. Select subscription.
2. Click on 'sign up' and fill in required details such as email ID and password.
3. Select the RTDA and choose the required DIT or GBC.
4. Select a currency and comparable periods.
5. Thereafter, select operation metrics (operation yield/cost, sales margin), financial metrics (profitability ratios, leverage ratios) and financial ratios reviewed by lenders (growth, performance, coverage and liquidity).
6. Check the summary and click submit.
7. Log on to Tele inbox to download a report.

BUSINESS WORKFLOW FOR REPORT GENERATION :

1. Select a subscription
2. Click on 'sign up' and create an administrator account by filling the required details such as email ID and password. In addition, select the number of users and the billing plan according to requirements.
3. Log in with an administrator account and add users by filling entire user details such as name, email ID, department. It is optional for an administrator to be a user.
4. Log in with an user account.
5. Select the RTDA and choose the required DIT or GBC.
6. Select a currency and comparable periods.
7. Then, select operation metrics (operation yield/cost, sales margin), financial metrics (profitability ratios, leverage ratios) and financial ratios reviewed by lenders (growth, performance, coverage and liquidity).
8. Check the summary and click submit.
9. Log on to inbox to download a report.
